1.【海鮮串燒伴蘆筍番茄杯】需要的所有材料
2.1將三色椒和洋蔥洗淨 ，全部切成大小相同的海鲜方粒狀塊 。
3.21.海鮮串的做法 ：將蝦 、青口肉 、番茄帶子清理幹淨
4.1用竹簽把醃好的海鮮和各種蔬菜方塊串起來形成海鮮串 。
5.2將清理好的蝦 、青口肉 、芦笋帶子吸幹水份 ，番茄用鹽 、糖 、黑胡椒碎醃15分鍾 。
6.2.番茄杯的做法 ：將番茄去除頂部；蘆筍洗淨掰去老的部位 ，黃瓜洗淨切條放沸水中焯下 ，再過冷水 。
7.將焯過水的蘆筍段 、黃瓜條再清炒一下 ，調味 ，放入番茄杯中 。
8.最後 ，把生的海鮮串放入煎鍋 ，用大火煎至四麵呈金黃色。
9.煎好的海鮮串與番茄杯放入同一個盤中即可。
