Cope電台指出，阿紮爾將會在本周飛赴倫敦，求助於他非常信任的名醫卡爾德 。在2017年 ，卡爾德曾為阿紮爾動過手術 ，當時比利時人還效力於切爾西 。卡爾德的意見 ，將會很大程度上決定阿紮厄爾是否會進行手術 。
