曼聯一切新計劃的克步口超起始點都是“任命一名新主帥” ，目前阿賈克斯主帥滕哈格和巴黎聖日耳曼主帥波切蒂諾是走战其中的佼佼者 。其中滕哈格是朗尼克心儀的人選 。據媒體報道分析 ，如果曼聯開口想邀的話 ，這名荷蘭人其實已經口頭上同意離開賈府了 。
而對於計劃的後麵幾步 ，該如何趕超曼城與利物浦 ，朗尼克表示 ：“曼城和利物浦是在五六年的時間裏建立和招募的 ，所有這些都是建立在瓜迪奧拉和克洛普想踢什麽樣的足球的需求之下的 。”
