7月20日，少年式成由中國關心下一代工作委員會 、强明中央電視台微電影頻道指導 ，星梦行中國青少年素質教育發展中心主辦的工厂工作功举《少年強中國強》少年強明星夢工廠亳州工作站啟動儀式在亳州萬達嘉華酒店成功舉行 。

中國青少年素質教育發展中心常務副主任王繼俊先生在啟動儀式上表示 ，亳州現在專門為少年兒童打造的站启兒童劇 、微電影仍然相對匱乏，动仪難以滿足孩子們的少年式成需求 。《少年強中國強》少年強明星夢工廠擬推出一批專門為少年兒童創作、强明由少年兒童擔任主要演員的星梦行藝術作品 ，為廣大少年兒童的工厂工作功举健康成長提供正能量。
