隨著中國足協發布2022賽季職業聯賽相關政策通知 ，长春冲刺新賽季中超聯賽已進入倒計時 ，亚泰援儒正在海口秣馬厲兵的备战長春亞泰也進入了備戰衝刺期，主教練陳洋也根據新賽季可能出現的进入新變化適時調整訓練節奏 ，一方麵讓訓練更加有針對性 ，期外一方麵勞逸結合緩解球隊因長期集訓產生的尼奥疲勞 ，希望以最佳的尔跟狀態迎接新賽季的到來 。
2月16日 ，队合剛剛過完成春節的练图亞泰將士在海口集結，進入了新賽季的长春冲刺備戰模式。在近兩個半月的亚泰援儒時間裏 ，長春亞泰隊先是备战完成了第一階段的體能儲備訓練 ，後是进入在技戰術演練階段進行人員調整 ，並通過教學賽的期外方式考察新援和年輕球員的能力，磨合陣容 。尼奥
從教學賽的情況看 ，長春亞泰目前一共與國家隊 、U 23國家隊 、U19國青隊、梅州客家、昆山隊進行了8場教學比賽 ，取得了2勝3平3負的戰績 ，主帥陳洋通過實戰把脈球隊 ，了解新援能力 。此外，隨著奧科雷 、儒尼奧爾等外援的陸續歸隊 ，參加合練並在教學賽中登場 ，長春亞泰的技戰術演練也更加貼近實戰 ，球隊的自信也開始增強 。
值得一提的是 ，為了實現可持續發展 ，讓球隊年齡結構更加合理 ，主帥陳洋在備戰新賽季時也非常重視年輕球員的培養 ，目前 ，馮率航、黃鈺深 、賀一然等多名年輕球員被抽調進一線隊，並在陳洋的安排下打了多場教學賽，積累比賽經驗。
由於新賽季中超聯賽擴軍至18支球隊 ，並執行“升3降3”的政策 ，再加上疫情防控給聯賽帶來的不確定性，新賽季中超競爭注定更加激烈 ，希望亞泰將士積極備戰 ，以最好的狀態迎接新賽季的挑戰 。（長春亞泰俱樂部）
