下周一晚，于根中超第6輪將上演京津德比 ，伟平賽前 ，常心天津津門虎主帥於根偉出席發布會。对待德比對於即將到來的京津京津德比 ，於根偉指出：“天津 、新援北京有很多交鋒曆史 ，状态最佳雙方都很尊重對手 ，于根這兩座城市都非常有足球底蘊 ，伟平我希望兩隊能延續傳統 。常心要說對球員的对待德比提醒 ，我認為還是京津要用平常心對待這場比賽 。我們尊重對手 ，新援聯賽中每個對手對我們來說都很重要 ，状态最佳但對每個對手也隻是于根一場普通的比賽 。我們要以平常心來對待，爭取最好的結果。”
談到球隊新援馬格諾 ，於根偉表示 ：“馬格諾剛剛到來 ，經過我們和他本人的溝通了解 。實際他也是近一個月的時間在隔離 ，他的實際訓練、身體情況並不是最好。希望對球員經過觀察之後，再有些具體安排。”
至於是否有其他新援加盟 ，於根偉表示 ：“現在還不確定 ，我們這2個月一直積極在運作外籍球員作為球隊補充 ，但大家也都很清楚 ，由於疫情，我們國家對疫情防控非常嚴格。我們也要根據實際情況看看下一步引援進度 。”
