最新劇情中,邱元雅(陳欣予飾)得知傅安晏(於朦朧飾)和易安樂(苗苗飾)不是親兄妹,傅安晏喜歡的人竟然是自己的好閨蜜易安樂時,難以接受,情緒失控 。賽場上也狀態不好,女排屢次失誤,還和易安樂產生口角被教練勒令下場修整,邱元雅主動找易安樂談和,以比賽為重,最終明洋隊贏得了勝利
。賽後,陈欣春抛传递邱元雅還是難以接受,刻意與易安樂保持距離,明洋隊在海邊集訓時,邱元雅不慎落海,被易安樂救起,患難生死的兩人敞開心扉,重歸於好,繼續做好姐妹 。邱元雅大方告訴傅安晏自己曾經很喜歡他,予青可是現在已經放棄喜歡他了,接下來要去追求自己的設計師夢想。

。作為團隊的践行精神主攻手,邱元雅的排球業務能力得到了觀眾的肯定 。據了解,中国正該劇拍攝前,陳欣予提前一個月進組進行了高強度排球集訓,在前國家隊排球冠軍的教導下,進行了密集的體能訓練,學習並掌握了排球的基礎知識,發球、墊球、女排背傳、陈欣春抛传递扣球 、予青攔網、物线翻滾救球等各種高難度動作,磨煉球技與體能,更準確的在鏡頭前還原真實熱血的女排生活,向年輕一代觀眾傳遞了滿滿的正能量 。
