本報訊(記者 趙睿)中國隊主教練李鐵近期接受采訪時表示 ，国足他希望隊員們知道李鐵執教的强调國家隊跟之前不一樣 ，意誌品質和紀律是意志意核第一位的 ，未來以“鐵軍”麵貌示人 。品质
李鐵透露他的和纪建隊指導思想 ：“剛開始我就給他們安排了一天三練 ，其實一天兩練也能達到效果 ，律第但是位李我希望他們能夠鍛煉意誌品質，這些球員很多都沒有經曆過一天三練 。铁满習慣了他們就知道了 ，心数李鐵的国足國家隊跟之前不一樣 ，跟俱樂部也不一樣 ，强调我們的意志意核要求肯定是高於他們平時訓練的 。”
李鐵說 ：“團隊建設最重要 ，品质每一次集訓我們都做活動 ，和纪比如去電影院看女排奪冠 ，律第看《決戰慕尼黑》這些片子，看曼城紀錄片 。這些影片沒有提到金錢和車 ，提到的是榮譽和獎杯，我希望告訴隊員 ，球隊要想取得好的成績 ，首先要團結 ，而球隊要團結，最重要的是紀律 。一些球員在場下要求不嚴格 ，能在場上表現好是騙人的 。”李鐵披露了中國隊一項核心數據 ：“我們團隊大部分體脂都在9左右 ，像吳曦8.1非常棒 ！這些不是說說就行的 ，是要靠幾個月 、一年兩年的積累 ，不能吃豬肉，因為他們是國家隊的 ，對於自己的要求就擺著那裏 。”
對於中國隊備戰麵臨的困難 ，李鐵有所感觸：“目前為止 ，比較遺憾的是還沒有一次集訓讓所有的球員都能來 ，更不要說打一場比賽了 。武磊還在西班牙 ，隻能通過微信群拉他進來 ，讓他知道我們沒有忘記他 。希望在最後一次集訓能夠人員齊整 。”
未來的40強賽第二循環的賽事舉國關注 ，李鐵自信隊伍會有新的麵貌：“到了正式開賽 ，中國隊可能會在某些位置配合不能達到要求 ，因為他們合練時間太少了 ，但我相信球隊的踢球想法和欲望已經有了一些改變 。”
