本報訊（大連新聞傳媒集團記者楊大偉）暫停了兩個月之後 ，大连锻炼2021賽季中超聯賽重新啟幕，主帅专注今晚6時30分 ，目标大連人隊將在第6輪比賽中對陣上海申花隊 。年轻年轻賽前，人无大連人隊主帥何塞表示 ，论比兩隊之間相互都很了解，赛何大連人隊這個賽季目標是培养鍛煉年輕人，因此 ，大连锻炼無論比賽結果如何 ，主帅专注我們會更專注於年輕球員培養。目标
談到備戰情況以及本場比賽的年轻年轻對手 、前大連人隊主帥崔康熙 ，人无何塞認為 ：“明天的论比比賽很特殊 ，對手的赛何外援很厲害 ，在中超踢了很多年 ，中國球員水平也不錯 ，針對他們的踢法 ，我們也做了一些針對性布置 。我在中超也呆了幾個賽季 ，也知道每支球隊 、每個教練的風格 。我們還是先想好自己怎麽踢好 ，不要過多去關注對手的情況 。”
當被問及丹尼爾森何時歸隊 ，何塞指出 ：“我們還是要利用好現有陣容 。大連人隊這個賽季目標是鍛煉年輕人，我們會在這個目標上下更多功夫 。我們有12位U21球員 ，9位25歲以下球員 ，總共有21位25歲以下球員 ，我們鍛煉年輕球員也是希望大連足球未來有更好發展 。當然 ，外援回來會讓球隊實力變強 ，但本賽季我們還是要更專注於年輕球員培養 。”一同出席發布會的董岩峰表示 ：“我們做好了充分準備 ，雖然對手實力很強 ，但我們會拚勁全力爭取有好的表現 。”
自接手大連人隊後，何塞工作的重點就一直在年輕球員的培養上，剛剛過去的這個間歇期，何塞大規模地考察了大連人隊現有的年輕球員，尤其是重點考察了從西班牙留學回來的小將 。此次赴蘇州參賽 ，在前5輪中並沒有隨隊進入賽區的王金帥與王騰達將與第二階段補充報名的萬鈺 、王禹以及趙健博一同進入賽區 。很顯然 ，何塞希望能夠完成俱樂部交給他的任務 ：將萬達集團精心培養的球員盡快推到中超平台上去。隻不過 ，前5輪的比賽中 ，大連人隊隻取得了1勝4負的戰績 ，這樣的成績在目前的賽製下還是有著不小的保級壓力。
