據足球報報道 中超轉會窗口一推再推 ，曝足目前基本鎖定於3月14日才能開啟 ，协限薪方而由於轉會窗口尚未開啟 ，案还所以外援引進隻能是有更動向而無法讓靴子落地 。而轉會窗口遲遲不能打開的苛刻困难重要原因 ，便是版本部分部支新的限薪方案尚未確定 。
按照此前中超聯賽的极为俱乐限薪方案 ，2020賽季為國內球員薪酬限額稅前1000萬人民幣 ，曝足到了2021賽季 ，协限薪方限薪方案更改為國內球員頂薪限額稅前500萬人民幣 ，案还外援薪酬限額稅前300萬歐元（總額1000萬歐元） 、有更投入限額6億人民幣 。苛刻困难而此前傳出的版本部分部支最新限薪方案 ，是极为俱乐國內球員薪酬限額稅前300萬人民幣，外援薪酬限額稅前200萬歐元 ，曝足投入限額則是3億人民幣 。但這目前也僅僅是方案 ，尚未最終落地 。
據了解 ，除了這一方案之外 ，還有一套更加苛刻的限薪方案 。但綜合目前中國足球的情況 ，聯賽各方普遍支持維持現有頂薪稅前500萬 、投入6億的方案 ，也有部分俱樂部支持頂薪稅前300萬、投入3億的方案 ，至於更加苛刻的限薪方案 ，有部分極為困難的俱樂部是支持的 。
如果限薪方案能夠在3月14日之前敲定 ，那麽自然沒有問題 ，而如果限薪方案因為相關爭議暫時沒有落地，建議相關合同仍舊執行原有的方案 ，正常開轉會窗口即可 ，一旦限薪方案更改並落地，後續合同再按照新方案執行即可。
