1.把鱈魚衝洗幹淨一下後放入盤子裏
2.用幹淨的廚房用布或者廚房用紙擦幹魚塊
3.加入適量的鹽擦拭魚的兩麵
4.倒入一勺左右的紅酒用手擦勻
5.加入一些黑胡椒粉，擠上幾滴檸檬汁
6.加入一勺左右的生抽
7.用手再把調料抹均勻,醃製20
8.熱鍋倒入適量的橄欖油
9.放入鱈魚，中火煎到兩麵變的银鳕鱼微黃
10.表麵淋上生抽 ，再淋上點紅酒收汁即可裝盤
11.重新起鍋放入橄欖油把蘆筍煎一下
12.撒點黑胡椒粉放在盤裏做配菜
