這次國足的难比27名球員中 ，平均年齡是日韩29.56歲 ，其中年齡最大的国足是34歲老隊長蒿俊閔 ，沒有U23球員在列 ，总身最少年紀的价不及孙是24歲的張玉寧 。國足球員們的兴慜年齡都集中在28到32歲這階段 ，如果說得好聽 ，后继那是无人咱們都用了處於黃金年齡的球員 ，他們的难比經驗更加豐富 ，有利於打大賽 。但負麵來說 ，那就是中國足球後繼無人了，哪怕是日韓有很多20歲左右的球員 ，都已經是國家隊主力 ，但咱們這年齡段球員 ，可能連中超都踢不上 。
至於身價方麵 ，這27名球員總身價是2510萬歐 ，最高的兩人分別是艾克森與武磊 ，他們都是400萬歐 ，其次是費南多和阿蘭 。哪怕是身價最高的武磊與艾克森 ，他們在最近一年的身價都下滑很厲害 ，其中武磊最高峰時期 ，曾達到1000萬歐的身價 ，但現在已經掉了一大半。
更諷刺的是 ，國足這27名球員的總身價 ，竟然不及孫興慜的三分之一，從中也能看出 ，中國足球在亞洲處於什麽樣的地位。以日本為例 ，他們最近為了分別出戰麒麟杯與世預賽 ，竟公布了兩套國家隊名單，基本都是以旅歐球員為主 ，但對於中國足球來說 ，是沒有任何可比性了 。
