近日 ，巴萨巴塞羅那後衛明格薩在接受媒體采訪時透露了科曼是铁闸如何一步步失去俱樂部和球員的信任 ，這也最終導致了荷蘭教頭的末期下課 。按照明格薩的失去室需介紹，巴薩之所以“不再信任”科曼。信任主要還是更衣改变因為荷蘭主帥已經失去了對球隊的控製 。在科曼執教巴薩的巴萨末期 ，更衣室裏“沒有氣氛”……但明格薩希望新帥哈維的铁闸到來 ，能立即產生積極的末期影響 。

如今哈維接手球隊，明格薩認為巴薩看到了希望，“哈維的訓練非常注重我們想在球場上做什麽的想法 。我相信現在情況會有所改變並變得更好 。而且我認為 ，我們不必等待兩三個月才能看到這些變化。從本周末開始，我們將看到新的東西，新的變化 。”
