北京時間12月19日 ，梅西世界杯決賽 ，穿披阿根廷7-5擊敗法國拿下冠軍 ，风捧法国這場比賽阿根廷在2-0大比分領先的神杯神杯情況下被姆巴佩在79分鍾-81分鍾連進兩球 ，加時賽梅西反超後又是阿根姆巴佩主罰點球反超，兩隊點球大戰科曼被馬丁內斯撲出，廷全穆阿尼打偏 ，难掩阿根廷涉險過關 。沮丧
比賽後是颁奖巴佩頒獎典禮 ，阿根廷隊的典礼大力队舞蹈姆大力恩佐-費爾南德斯獲得了世界杯最佳年輕球員 。
阿根廷門將馬丁內斯則獲得了金手套獎 ，梅西他在決賽中撲出科曼的穿披點球成為最大功臣 ，大馬丁太強了，风捧法国獲得這個獎他也一臉冷漠 。
梅西則當選了卡塔爾世界杯金球獎獲得者 ，梅西十分開心的笑著，他拿著獎杯還去摸了一下大力神杯 ，球迷們紛紛為梅西歡呼。
金靴獎獲得者是姆巴佩 ，他7場比賽8個進球是本屆最多 ，決賽完成了帽子戲法比梅西多一個，但姆巴佩一臉的沮喪 。
法國全隊獲得了銀牌後 ，都麵無表情 ，吉魯上台後還有一幕黑臉 ，法國人一度認為他們有希望完成衛冕 ，隻可惜點球大戰倒在阿根廷腳下 。
最後是阿根廷全隊上台獲得金牌 ，梅西被披上了披風來領取大力神杯 ，梅老板十分開心的搓著手 。
梅西從因凡蒂諾手中接過了大力神杯 ，阿根廷全隊已經開始舞蹈了 ，全場都在為阿根廷呐喊歡呼，體育場內開始放煙花 ，盧賽爾體育場絢爛的煙火為阿根廷慶祝 。
最終工作人員 、教練組一同來到場上進行了大合影 ，阿根廷圓滿的一刻到來 ，梅西終於圓夢登頂 ，他已經成為當之無愧的GOAT。梅西這場比賽完成了兩個進球 ，單屆世界杯完成了7球 ，梅西真的太強了 。
